London based NHS CCG adopt Unify UC Through NETconnection

South-east London based Bexley Clinical Commissioning Group have chosen Unify & NETconnection Systems to design, deploy and support a new Unify Openscape Business platform for their site in Bexleyheath.

Initially, Bexley CCG went out to tender through the PSN and after consultation decided upon the Openscape Business platform over other solutions from competing organisations such as BT.

The solution will allow the CCG to deliver call savings through SIP, integration with Microsoft Outlook along with mobility and remote working to users who are more and more deploying virtual teams within their environment. Being able to find other users quickly and to deal with patients more productively were key to the decision of choosing the Openscape Business platform.
